DeEtta Jones & Associates is excited to announce Cyrus Stewart has been appointed Learning and Development Manager. Cyrus will lead DJA’s world-class array of learning and professional development solutions, including our flagship Inclusive Manager’s Toolkit, new offerings like the Inclusive Facilitation Train-the-Trainer and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Certification program, and the highly anticipated CultureRoad, our community of practice platform.
Cyrus brings rich experiences to this new role:
- Higher education administration, including leading campus programs and initiatives, chairing conferences, designing and facilitating mentorship programs, and undergraduate course instruction.
- Design and delivery of services for dozens of clients–from k-12 to corporate board rooms, as a core member of the DJA faculty.
- Sought after keynote speaker, including recently at the Black Males Rock Awards.
When asked what he is most exciting about his new role with DJA, Cyrus shared, “Joining such a dynamic team of creators, innovators, and leaders conducting industry-leading development and training.
