It is the framework, with seven distinctive characteristics, on which we have built our competencies we use to develop our programming and content.
Next Generation Leadership is our guidepost-directing the way for us and our clients to strive toward. As we enter the last leg of the year, a year with so much growth and change, we at DJA have begun to revisit our original vision framework and are excited to invite you along as we dive deep and explore each of the characteristics that makes a Next Generational Leader.
Next Generation Leaders are not bound to a specific generation- it's anyone who is interested and eager to increase their capacity to thrive in organizations experiencing change, challenges, and growth. Next Generation Leader challenges themselves to remain relevant, forward-thinking, and hungry to do better. So really, the question isn't "Who is the next generation of leaders?". The question is, "Are you ready?"
